However, from my experience every false ending is overridden by the 'I Wish To Be Rich' one if you have 10,000 rubles or more. Of course iirc this ending requires you to have a bad reputation with all factions anyway, so you're not befriending any of them, you're just being the biggest douchebag you can.
If you insist on getting a specific 'false' ending via the Wish Granter, it requires both General Voronin and Lukash to be dead - Silence Squad (the rogue Duty squad in the Army Warehouses led by Skull equipped with exoskeletons, AS Vals and Grozas) can kill Lukash for you, but you need to kill Voronin yourself to do this, and what happens is that Strelok wishes for the world to be destroyed, and finds himself in limbo as a result. There IS only one disadvantage, but it's trivial: You can still become friendly with both Duty and Freedom to have access to their best gear from traders and get better deals from selling things to their members, it just takes longer because you need to do a bunch of quests for both of them, but in the long run it's a better investment to just befriend both factions to get easy access to their best gear.
